REM

'REM' is a series of images born from the union of the use of AI with CGI inspired by the delicate moment in which we completely abandon control of our body, almost going through a state of muscle paralysis, during sleep. The REM phase is the only one in which dreams occur: pastel colored images, flowery hills and utopian landscape contrast with a small part of our subconscious that never leaves us. The floating black sphere is a metaphor for those thoughts that torment us even during good dreams: worry, anguish, doubts and disappointments are always lurking there, almost ready to burst at any moment, transforming a wonderful dream in a real nightmare.
